This British mild ale is flavored with toasted rye and caramelized specialty grains. The sweet blend of malt flavors are drawn into focus with premium English Fuggles and First Gold hops. A lingering chewy finish is balanced with a late kettle addition of extra aromatic hops. It is fermented with a classic British ale yeast strain that produces a mild fresh baked bread flavor and fruity apple and pear aroma. Perfectly served with any loaded hamburger or along side Southern-fried catfish and sweet potato chips drizzled with our signature malt vinegar.

A really mild ale, but lacking a little of the hoppy bite that I like in an amber. Not quite as complex as some others, but a really good beer, none-the-less. Great aroma and flavor.
