Relaunched in April 2007, Swallowtail is a light and refreshing summer seasonal with a balanced bitter finish. It is named after the magnificent butterfly found mainly in the Norfolk Broads and a few other wetland sites in Britain. You'll find Swallowtail at fine pubs throughout East Anglia all summer long!

Pours out in aclear amber colour with a dense lasting white foam. Dense aroma of cookies and fishfood with notes of oranges and fudge. Medium-bodied with notes of oranges, and apricots with strong notes of crackers, white bread, roatsed nuts and earth .Dryish medium-bitter finish with notes of white bread, cookies and nuts
