This style of beer is classified as an American Pale Ale or APA. The focus is obviously on the hops and grain used during the brewing process. Our version uses a considerable amount of rye grain and a considerable amount of hops. The color is rich, the taste is flavorful with very firm bitterness. Available during the month of September, October & November.

Pours a clear copper with a frothy off-white head that leaves a lot of lacing. Aroma is mostly citrus with just a hint of malt. Plenty of citrusy hop flavor but the rye helps balance things out--bitter, spicy finish. Very tasty and easy drinking.
