Toronto celebrates its birthday every March, and so we though we would do the same by having two Toronto area brewers collaborate on somethings special. The Ides of March is a Truffle Saison made with chocolate, cardamom and orange peel, and was made by Jeremy Moore and Vince Maarsman. To celebrate the city we posted as many ‘faces of Toronto’ as we could on the labels, creating a series of about 50.

This is one that definitely needs to be poured. Has this weird...if grass was made of chocolate thta`s what it would both smell and taste like as it has the grass-cum-milk chocolate feel to it. A very well done beer.
