Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 10 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 7

My bottle fizzed like mad, so have a big and thirsty towel handy! Pours dark chocolate with a thick tan head. Aroma provides roast malt, chocolate, earthy (from the mushrooms? I LOVE mushrooms!) and subtle toffee notes. Flavor delivers roast malt, earthy and chocolate, though the toffee seems to have gone AWOL. Texture offers good body and peppy fizz. Leave room for mushrooms.
