My first mead, and a very interesting brew. Quite light in body and color, 'dominated' by fruitiness and lots of mango character. Some very slight bitter backlash in the swallow. Very like a champagne and somewhat remiscent of my Braggot. I'll have to try some more of these to really figure this beverage out.
