Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8
330 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered and opaque amber-orange coloured Belgian Ale with a short two fingers slightly beige foamy head that had no retention and no " famous " micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. No retention. Many floating sediments. The aroma is moderate malty and sourish fruits, green apples, citrus and pears. The flavour is sweety malts, heavy sourish fruits, green apples, citrus, spicy, pepper and a faint earthy hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is sparkling and quite thin. This light to medium bodied Belgian Ale has a dry sourish fruits and light bitter finish. A very refreshing and tasting Belgian Ale.
