Autant au nez qu'en bouche, les arômes sont vraiment présents et envoutants! JIU, 九 signifie "neuf" en chinois. Le nom fait référence aux Neuf fils du Dragon dans la mythologie chinoise.

Hazy golden colour with a frothy white cap, decent retention and some foamy lacing. Lemon zest aromas with a touch of stone fruits and pineapples. Similar in taste, with some lemon peel dry-bitterness blended with mild orange juice, and the other fruits backing up a little. A nice citrus-zesty NEIPA that cuts the juiciness with the drying bitterness.
