Brewed with chamomile, ginger, orange peel, lemon peel and coriander give this beer a tantalizing spice and citrus finish. Tucked away in the dark confines of the boardwalk during the turn of the century were mutoscopes. Inside one of these gems was a silent slideshow featuring a voyeuristic butler looking through a keyhole. The film, What the Butler Saw, let you privately take a peep while standing in plain view.

Never heard of this brewery before, but since in was browsing the fridges of a liquor store in Long Beach Island, and this was a style and strength suitable for for the environment, I grabbed a six pack. An interesting name and description added to my curiosity. It turns out this beer was a good choice. The slicing of this beer is great! I will enjoy it during this week long trip at the beach. Can’t judge the appearance at the moment, due to the can, but everything else is good. The finish is almost flowery, and well balanced. Well done.
