This is owner Terry Leonard’s favorite beer! Try to imagine a very tiny chocolate, coffee-like, miniature beer grenade exploding in your mouth. Our Brew Master has designed a robust porter that is delicious, and appreciated by beer novices and connoisseurs alike. This ale is great to recommend with dessert.

I stumbled across this small microbrewery and tasting room on our recent trip through Montana and had to sample each of their 3 available offerings. Served in a logoed Flathead Lake pint glass, this is a deep dark colored ale. Mocha colored foam over a black liquid. Coffee and chocolate aromas fill the nose. Taste is also well balanced with lots of complexity. More coffee, cocoa, with just a touch of hops to keep it from becoming overpowering. Full bodied mouthfeel, delicious. A very good porter, and nice fit with their other offerings that include a pale ale and scottish amber. If you are headed past Flathead Lake, definatley worth a stop.
