Falls Honey Blonde Ale is a not quite traditional English Blonde Ale. This refreshing brew carries the memories of the easy breezes of summer evenings. The light tan color and white long lasting head continue to invite. Our malt bill for this wonderful brew includes pale, light crystal and wheat malt. Traditional English hops provide a rich earthy aroma. An infusion of honey is left on the palate. It’s easy to enjoy after a long walk on a summer evening. A great session brew, if the session isn’t too long.

A little dissapointing the second time around after the new label. Poured a bright golden colour, dull not a whole lot of carbonation- little to no head. Aroma is somewhat grainy and taste is decent and filling but not sort of lifeless.
