Crisp, clean and delicious, True North is the beer of summer and memories of summer in Canada. A Cerveza that does not need a lime stuffed in it (unless you want to).

Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6

Can that pours a pretty clean golden colour with light carbonation, a big white head that is frothy, good retention and some thick creamy-foamy lacing patches. Mild aromas of sweet cereal malts and hints of hops. The taste shows a little more of the hops with some decent bitterness for a Cerveza, and light dryness. Malty taste in the background. Nothing too crazy, but decent alcohol content for the style.

Tall can from the Beer Store. Pours an average size foamy off-white head with some bubbly sticky lace and has a clear golden coloured appearance. Somewhat excessive carbonation. Aromas of grainy and wheaty malts, grassy and floral as well. Flavours are mostly grainy malt, some very mild citrus and grassy notes. Not bad.
