Pours a deep, rich sable with a thick, dark chocolaty tan head. Aroma has tempting notes of roast malt, quality coffee, chocolate, and toffee, as well as subtle nutty and caramel tones. Mouth-filling flavor delights with earthy, roast malt, coffee, nutty, chocolate and toffee tones. Mouthfeel seems a bit thin for a stout, and is not too fizzy; but this is the brew’s weakest point. What matters is that it tastes good and goes down well. Magic dragon indeed!
