Docene, on tap at the brewpub. Poured an unfiltered ruby brown colored beer with a one finger slight beige creamy foamy head that had a good retention. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is slight roasted malts, grassy hops, yeast, straw. The flavour is roasted caramel malts, grassy hops, yeast,fruity, citrus, spicy, gingerbread, ginger, coffeish. A well-done balance sweetness/bitterness. The mouthfeel is crispy, very smooth and frish. This medium bodied beer has a sweet/bitter finish. Another one, prosim ! An exceptional and amazing brew !
