Pours a clean, light-golden colour with a big frothy white cap, long lasting and sticky dirty lacing. Cereal grain aromas with the hops making the rest smell like hay. The cereal grain is alright for the taste of a Kölsch, but the hops are stronger for the style. Not too much, but more than usual. Hints of apples lingers. If your thing is a slightly hoppier Kölsch, this might be for you. I prefer more cereal grain action.
