Rated Nov. 2010. Poured up on tap at the Dunedin brewpub pouring copper with tan head. The aroma offers up soft notes of sweet lager yeastiness and some mild spicy hop notes. The taste has hops that seem to range from spicy to a mild note of pine. It then picks up notes of sweet malts and sweet lageriness to midway. Into the finish I get faint notes of roasted malts and possible crystal like malts around the edges.
