A "Best bitter" with a slight amount of roasted barley, that puts emphasis on both colour and taste. Centennial- and Cascade hops gives Johanna a mild, but fresh bitterness and also an eldery floweriness. A lovely, light, dry Bitter that balances nicely on its high pedestal

Dark ruby red colour, small white head. Aroma is malts, quite vegetably and a bit hoppy. Flavour is malts, hops and slight vegetablyness. Quite bitterish finish.

Pours out in clear reddish brown colour with a wirm bonewhite foam. Fruity and hoppy aroma of plums, raspberryjam and orange-peels. Grassy and dusty dry flavour of hops, cracker and blackberries. Thin body. Dry, dusty finish with plummy undertones.
