2021 viintge. Blend of Heaven Hill Barrels. Whether you’ve been naughty or nice, you better watch out, Santa’s Brass is coming to town. This award-winning beer gets its complexity from multiple barrel-aged beers which are meticulously tasted and blended together. Big barrel-aged barleywine notes dominate the aromatics with tons of vanilla, caramel, and bourbon spice fades to dark fruit and coffee like malty notes.

Poured up on tap at tipsy where it exhibits a deep mahogany colored body that supports a thin off white head of foam. The aroma offers up slim bourbon booze, caramel candy, dates and prunes. Yes. The taste delivers smooth slick malty sweet goodness flowing into sweet figs, dates prunes. To midway the modest booziness kicks in with a smooth sense of bourbon. Solid sipper with plenty of depth and balance.
