An explosive beer like champagne, An amber brown color unfiltred with a creamy foam, it smells grass of the forest, nuts, malts. good sensations. in mouth i found caramels, spice, nuts and the deep of alcohol, a little biterness in end of mouth. good thing

375 ml corked and caged bottle. Poured an unfiltered opaque burgundy-brown coloured Saison with a sumptuous three fingers beige thick foamy head thad had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. Many floating sediments. The aroma is deep sweety malts, fruity, riped oranges, spicy, nutmeg, coriander, notes of caramel. The flavour is sweety caramel malts, brown sugar, fruity, oranges, citrus, spicy with a point of pepper. The mouthfeel is creamy, sparkling and fulled. This full bodied Saison has a dry malty finish. A very pleasant and tasting Saison.

Sampled on 6/18/2010. This Belgian Ale pours a fairly cloudy amber copper color from a 375ml bottle. The cork was self-extracting, one the cage was removed the cork just sort of removed itself. Luckily it did not break the light fixture or my laptop, but the cork did rebound off the ceiling kind of violently, with a very large amount of gush and foam. A large sized light beige foamy head with nice retention and good lacing. The aroma is fruity, yeasty and sweet. Medium bodied Belgian ale. The malts are fruity and sweet, lots of banana and clove and some yeast. The hops are floral and slightly spicy. Very lively carbonation. There is a hint of earthiness at the finish, which balances the sweetness at the start. Interesting beer with a nice floor show at the start. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter and earthy.

A slightly cloudy beer, copper coloured, with a 1" tan head. Caramel malt, funk, spices, and yeast dominate the aroma. The flavour was rather dull with the malt and funk being the dominant flavours, but nothing spectacular.
