Taking a break from contemplating how toasted the perfect waffle board should be for cosmic surfing, we decided to modernize our OG Belgian IPA recipe. Tasting Notes Azacca and Cryo Pop hops now take centerstage, dropping in alongside wheat and honey malts and a classic Belgian yeast strain. Back to toasted thoughts…. Hops Azacca, Cryo Pop

Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7

Big old barnyard funk in the nose Belgium all the way Plus cloves plus cardamom they're calling this a Belgian IPA but it's really a Hefe. Slightly hazed amber body with fantastic lace and a good head and it leaves a great skim coat with retention. Mouth is creamy carbonation is good. I don't know how to score the flavor.... I'm in a tastes like I said someone or a heffe so what the hell is a Belgian style IPA supposed to taste like? If this was a hefe or SSO and I'd probably give it an 8 on flavor so what the hell I'll give it an 8.
