750 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Civale glass an unfiltered gushing and cloudy golden-orange coloured APA with a generous three fingers slighty beige foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is aromatic and floral hops, aciditic fruits, pineapples, grapefruits. The flavour is sweety malts, sunny aciditic fruits, pineapples, oranges, grapefruits and aromatic hops. The mouthfeel is fizzy and overwehelmed by the aciditic fruits. This light bodied ale has a lingering aromatic hoppy finsih. A lot of sensations for a only 4.7 % ABV ! Waoouh !
