Pours a fairly clean, deep amber colour with a big frothy light-beige coloured head, very long retention and creamyish patches of lacing. A nice roasted malt base in the nose, with some dark fruit notes, oats and a tad of hops. The hops really come out a touch more in the taste, in the finish, drying things a little. Again, well-balanced dark fruits in the flavours, blended with the roasted barley. A pretty good, easy-drinking Porter, with just enough hops in the end.
