Our ferocious El Tabernario, best known for his furious temper, is our interpretation of an American Amber Ale. It's well-balanced and full-flavored. Delicate toasted malt accents a gentle caramel sweetness and notes of coffee. Generous use of hops that finish clean and smooth.

Pours clear dark amber with a thick and creamy ivory head. Aroma presents crisp fresh malt, sweet apple, a hint of caramel. Flavor yields crisp fresh malt, sweet apple, a little caramel - but where's the coffee? Still, a very drinkable ale. Texture provides decent body and fair fizz. Wrestle one down your throat.
