This saison is a continuation of the saccharomyces, lactobacillus and brettanomyces culture we used in the saison Beertender’s Breakfast. This farmhouse ale has been dry hopped with Nelson, Motueka and Mosaic and will continue to develop its fruit and barnyard character as well as subtle acidity over time.
