Just found out about this local brewery that opened up last year in Merritt Island, about 50 or so miles from me. One of the best pale ales that I've had. A semi-clear, medium pale yellow appearance. Surprisingly smooth and tasty. Some nutty and toasty flavors in there, but I'd say it is hopped more like an EPA. Or at least that is what I got from the feel, carbonation level, etc. Plus it didn't feel like you are drinking 7%. Good for pretty much every season here in FL. The 2 ounce sample was too little...so I'll have hit the brewery one day when I head east, and try a pint or growler of this and update
