Buckman Ginger Beer is a honey-colored, bright, botanically-brewed ale with distinct freshly-sliced ginger root notes on the nose and lingering finish, with secondary citrus and clean-spice aromas. Ginger's fragrant essential oil has been used since the root was first cultivatedin South Asia to treat illness and we think this heals the soul.

I actually heard of Buckman Village before, from the Holiday Ale Festival in Portland. I didn't realize it was brewed by the Green Dragon, which explains why I couldn't find Buckman Village on here! I would have never known if the bartender didn't tell us. Anyway, this was a really wacky beer. Lots of ginger, so if you don't like that you're screwed. The color was really funny as it had a greenish yellow color. Seemed like a wine cooler with ginger mixed in.
