Pours clear mahogany with a nice frothy buff head. Aroma generates sharp boozy notes, definite carrot cake scents and hints of fruit and butterscotch. Flavor brings carrot, sweet cake, butterscotch, booze, a bit of stonefruit and a bit of citrus. Texture presents nice body and lively fizz. If you love beer and carrot cake, this one's for you.
