    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 6

330 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered hazy straw-yellow coloured Wit with a two fingers slightly beige pillowy foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is yeast, wheat malts, aciditic fruits, citrus, grapefruits, and spicy, coriander, cloves. The flavour is wheat malts, yeast, aciditic fruits, citrus, green apples and spicy, coriander, cloves. The mouthfeel is crispy, fizzy, sparkling and quite thin. This light bodied Wit has a dry fruity finish. An over-averaging Wit from the French Ardennen, close to Belgium.
