For this hazy double IPA we used Citra YCH 702/DynaBoost flowable whirlpool extract. DynaBoost was crafted as a hassle-free whirlpool addition that amplifies aromatics through a concentration of wort-soluble compounds. Hassle-free ✔️ Amplified aromatics ✔️ Heavily dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Strata and even more Citra. Ripe and juicy [insert: all the tropical fruits you can name] and a strong sweet citrusy aroma and flavor. Cheers! 440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8%. Hazy golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of over-ripe peaches, papaya and guava. Moderately sweet flavour of citrus, yellow stonefruits and tropical fruits, a hint of pine in the finish. Low bitterness.
