There’s just something about an Ale. Quite possibly the perfect balance of hops and malt, it’s the type of beer just about anyone can appreciate. That’s why we chose this recipe to be the flagship beer to officially launch our brewing company in July 2012.

Aroma: 3 | Appearance: 4 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 8

Rerate 7/2021 Mild nose of malt not really a lot going on there. Cloudy copper / orange body pores almost no head and no lace. Mouth is slightly watery with a bit of a tingle. Flavor is malt forward possibly Crystal malts a bit sweet certainly not complex a hint of bitter and the Finish you could probably drink a lot of this it reminds me of McSorley's.
