This ale combines flavours from both a Rye IPA and an English Dark Mild at a sessionable 4%. Fermented with kviek yeast and moderately hopped with Cascade, Chinook and Saaz hops the flavours present notes of spice, grapefruit, citrus, slight pine, and floral aroamas. A background coffee / roast flavour is perceptible in the background.
