Pours semi-transparent chestnut with a nice fine-bubbled buff head. Strong aroma tempts with caramel, roast malt, horehound and dark fruit notes. Flavor rolls toasted malt, dark fruit, caramel, and subtle hoppy and horehound tones across the palate. Body is fair to middlin’, but fizz is firm and lasting. Rankin’ good!
