Enjoyed at the 3 Daughters brewery stop of the rbwg2015 bus tour. Poured up out of a 22oz bottle where it exhibits a brown body that supports a light tan head. The mild aroma offers up sweet bourbon, faint molasses and malts. The taste delivers smooth molasses sweetened bourbon, nectar sweet malts and then lighter notes of prunes and fig like fruitiness. Pretty darn nice as I’m enjoying the balance and smooth slick bourbon.

Bottle at the brewery
Clear dark brown with a medium sized off-white head, some lacing. Aroma of toasted malts. Flavors of toasted malts, woody and dark fruit
