Very, very light yellow with immediately dissapearing white foam head. Aroma is almost not present, taste is watered down pilserner, only some malty tones present. No aftertaste, flushed most of it away. (Montreal 201210)

pours a transparent pale yellow color and a bubble-bath sudsy medium sized foam head with mild retention levels and lacing. The armoa consists of light metal and light grainy, cracker malt. Faint cooked vegetables but nowhere near as offensively vegetal as some other "beers". The taste is some stale light watered-down malts, again mostly of the saltine cracker variety. The mouthfeel is watery and thin.

Pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is creamed corn and pee-pee. Flavor has a kind of a sour annoying taste to it. $0.99 for the tall boy can and it was still not worth the price.

Very grassy aroma with a touch of skunk. Nice light super clear appearance, wispy head that doesn't last long. What little flavor there is isn't worth remembering, not one I'd pick up again.

Nice color, perhaps its greatest attribute.the top was good, carbonation decent. It was thin tasting(but this is a light beer)not any bad aftertastes . Get this beer out of the can to appreciate the cleanliness of this beer.A college man's dream beer once again.

Genesee was late into the light beer game and then introduced a product that wasn't very good (even for a light beer) anyway. Had one during a recent trip to Rochester and it still isn't very good. Very pale color, weak grainy aroma, poor head retention. What little taste there is isn't really good. This stuff makes BMC Light look attractive.

Big ol' can from my neighbor's refrigerator. Ugh, decent for a light beer but not so great in the grand scheme of things. Isn't much of an aroma some light grassy notes. Nice pale gold pour with a lasting creamy white head and some solid sticky lacing...way to go. Airy and empty to the palate, there is nothing. Malt and hops are at a minimum, but they are noticed. Bland, but so-so for a light beer, unsatisfying.

Well, this is genny light, and there is a reason only frat houses buy and serve it. If you are strapped for cash get some highlife or other, but not genny light. Sour flavor, terrible unless frozen, and almost no alcohol.

Not really that bad as far as light beers go. The typical American swill mouthfeel and apperance but Genny Light actually featured a decent malty flavor balanced with some light hoppy tones as well.
