Louiza is a mixed culture beer inspired by radlers, shandies, iced tea, fresh squeezed lemonade, and other warm weather drinks. As with all beers in the Breakside Sour series, this was created as a cuvee from several lots of beer in our wood series. The finished blend come from 7 casks of barrel-fermented sour beer brewed in November 2017 and July 2018

Pours translucent apricot with a good eggshell head. Aroma gives tropical, raw malt and citrus tones. Flavor provides tart citrus and tropical, malt, herbal tones. Texture offers good body, lively fizz, and a tart citrus finish. Geez Louiza.
