Our pursuit of world class flavor has germinated the seed of our latest creation – “The “Big Oh! This offspring is a West Coast style IPA brewed & infused with California grown “Moro” Blood Oranges. This unique citrus fruit creates a deeper & more penetrating citrus flavor than the usual fruit-forward IPA. Hints of raspberry & grapefruit interweave harmoniously with flavors created from novel dry hopping techniques. Copious amounts of Citra & Mosaic hops transform during fermentation into a bouquet of tropical & floral aromas. A touch of toasted specialty malt lends a subtle fresh baked-bread character to balance this incredibly refreshing. The result is an indescribable blend of euphoric flavors that you must experience firsthand to believe.

    Taps clear orange-copper with a good buff head. Aroma delivers sharp resiny hops, tangy blood orange and a nice malty foundation. Flavor gives piney hops, tart and sweet blood orange, crisp malt, a tropical hint on the back end. Texture provides firm body, lively fizz, and a tangy orange finish. Enjoy the Big O! (Do you remember the cartoon?)
