The drama began when the long reigning Julius Dankster was me with a hostile enzyme, injected to take down complex sugars and allow the yeast to feast. But the betrayal had a plot twist: the brute intruder exposed the hop profile and stripped away any sweetness, resulting in a dry-to-the-bone brew with a thick frothy head and hazy golden orange hue. In a shocking second act, El Dorado and Mosaic hops conspired to deliver a stab of mango, passionfruit, melon, acidic citrus, and the killer blow of dankness.

Pours slightly hazy amber with a fair ivory head. Aroma provides dank, resiny hops plus tangy citrus and raw malt. Flavor gives piney and funky hops, tart and sweet citrus, zesty malt. Texture offers decent body and peppy fizz. Et tu brute? Then fall Dank Tank!
