We spent weeks continuously cooking 500#s of white Mexican coconut in a bakery proofing cabinet brining out rich flavors of flan, caramel, and deliciously fresh baked goods. As far as we know we’re the first to use this technique in beer. ??This stout was brewed with only the finest Scottish malts, and a touch of milk sugar for a decadent beer with a rich, creamy mouthfeel that will only leave you seeking more.

Pours opaque coffee with a thick and fairly persistent light chocolate head. Aroma gives quality coffee, sweet chocolate, roast malt and subtle earthy notes. Flavor yields roast malt, chocolate, coffee, earthy and slight nutty tones. Texture provides viscous body and perky fizz. When all goes black, seek this brew.
