Thanks to Chopz for picking this up for me! Pours a big foamy white head and has a clean yellowish golden appearance. Some thick dirty lacing remains. Lively carbonation. Aromas of herbal, grassy and mild citrus hops. Flavours are mostly grassy, citrus and wheaty. Some subtle yeasty hints. Dry finish. Good balance of sweetness and bitterness. Pretty good.

After two years of having other brewer's Pilsners, they finally brew their own. Slightly hazy golden colour with an amber hue. Small off-white head, decent stay and good lace. Cereal malt grain aromas with the nice Saaz hops. The hops are real present in the taste, adding a nice dry finish. Cereal grain base again with some fruitiness, and the Saaz grassing things up. A lightly happier Pilsner, but not too much to kill the malt fruity notes. Very well-brewed and easy to have a few of these.
