The Catharina Sour style is brought to us from Brazil. A light and refreshing wheat ale with a clean lactic sourness that is balanced by a huge addition of Mango and Caruba fruit. Caruba is also known as the Banana Passionfruit, solely due to its shape. Its flesh resembles that of a true Passionfruit and its flavor is a marriage of Tangerine and Passionfruit.
