The beer is a big, warming Strong Ale with overtones of dark fruits and a note of brown sugar. It was aged in a Caribbean rum barrel for just over 2 years and has plenty of barrel character to show for it! The rum melds well with the base beer to create an excellent libation for our upcoming chilly nights

Pours translucent mahogany with a thin buff head. Aroma yields rum, woody, toasted malt and cinnamon tones. Flavor features rum, caramel, toasted malt, subtle spice notes. Texture has smooth, firm body and peppy fizz. Yo ho ho and a rum barrel aged ale.
