Taps translucent butterscotch with a tiny head. Aroma presents honey, hoppy and citrus tones. Flavor is a distinctive mix of mead and IPA, honey and piney hops and zesty, tart citrus. Texture offers good body and peppy fizz, not like one usually finds in a mead. An IPA wanna-bee indeed.
