For this limited offering we pushed beyond the typical barrel-aged beer theory. We got our hands on some Reposado Tequila oak barrels and then aged our new Otra Vez Gose with Lime and Agave. This Trip in the Woods starts out tart yet juicy, with hints of lime. For the finish? The unmistakable silkines of a classic Reposado.

Pours clear solar yellow with a thick and lasting snowy head. Aroma yields tart and slightly sweet pomme and citrus notes, plus tequila and a bit of fresh malt. Flavor presents citrus, mainly lime, plus tequila, fresh malt, and pomme that is tart and sour, just a bit sweet. Texture offers OK body and peppy, lasting fizz. Put the lime in the Otra Vez and age it in the barrel.
