This summer seasonal is a crisp and refreshing take on a German Pilsner. We utilize a proprietary technique to execute true-to-taste lager style beers using an ale yeast strain. You might taste a nice balance of grainy malt and baking bread with hops that provide a spicy and floral continental hop flavor.

Taps clear straw yellow with a fair ivory head. Aroma presents crisp fresh malt, pomme and floral notes, a hint of woody hops. Flavor delivers more hops, piney and slightly bitter hops, a little pomme, floral.and herbal touches. Texture provides rather firm body for a pils and lively fizz. Do the German!
