Taps opaque apricot with a fairly thick ivory head. Shy aroma features tart tropical fruit and fresh malt. Bolder flavor provides tart tropical and pomme, dusty malt, tangy and sweet citrus, and resiny hops. Texture offers firm body, jazzy fuzz, and a powdery tart fruity finish with citrus and tropical and a touch of pomme. A distinctive sour that whispers from the shadows.
