Quintessential IIPA made with 5 different American hops. Balanced and drinkable with a lot of flavour. Delicious orange, tangerine, grapefruit, floral and piney hop aromas balanced with a touch of malt sweetness on the nose. Visually, this liquid is hazy golden orange with a crown of lacy white head. Aggressive and yet balanced, this bold hop filled liquid will please you with it’s traditional american trait of light biscuity malt. The Sid’s Vicious IIPA will pair great with your traditional Indian cuisine but don’t limit yourself. Go ahead and try it with spicy charcuterie and sausages, horseradish infused dishes, fried chicken, crab cakes and even blackened salmon.

Can from the brewery that pours a clean golden colour with a big warm frothy head, good retention and creamy-bubbly lacing. Fresh leaf nose from the hops, so mostly floral and mild. The taste is where the bitterness shows up, creating some decent dryness. Flavours are herbal. Gets a little hazy as it pours. Feels like drinking what comes out of citrus peel once squeezed. Interesting, but not fruity-juicy as I like them. An old-school hop bomb IIPA.
