Most of us average southerners tend to enjoy something with a little motivation to get us going with our household obligations. That’s why we here at the Red Silo invented the Southern Belle. Whether it’s after a long hard day at work or to start your weekend yard duties, the Southern Belle stays true to the history of Saison beer. Originally, Saison beer was created to provide farm workers something refreshing during the long, hot summer months. With the perfect combination of Opal and Halletau hops, along with our appreciation for tradition, we want to pass this light Saison farm style ale to you.

Taps hazy topaz with a frothy ivory head. Aroma yields fresh malt, yeast and tropical fruit. Flavor provides tropical, yeasty and fresh malt character. Texture offers firm body and perky fizz. I feel honored that I got a last snort of this.
