The beer pours a solid black colour, with a weak short lived bubbly brown head. Not a lot of lacing to speak of either. The aroma is roasted malt, dark chocolate, weak coffee, and light pepper. The mouthfeel is full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is coffee, roasted malt, and a definite pepper kick in the finish.

Taps rich coffee with a thick dark tan head that leaves heavy lacing. Aroma delivers roast malt, semi-sweet chocolate, quality coffee, hints of molasses and - cinnamon? Flavor - WOW, roast malt, quality coffee, semi-sweet chocolate, molasses, cinnamon, cloves, a whisper of licorice. Texture yields firm, smooth body and very perky fizz. How 'bout them Mexicans!
