Taps clear topaz with a fairly thick ivory head. Aroma offers tart and sweet fruity character, mainly tropical with some pear. Flavor features tart and sweet tropical, pomme, and a bit of citrus plus a little fresh malt. Texture yIelds good body and jazzy fizz. Gorge-ous.
