Unfiltered Bock. Ainpöckisch Bier, urkundlich belegt seit 1378, ist die naturtrübe Bockbier-Spezialität aus der Heimat des Bock-Bieres. Gebraut nach traditioneller Rezeptur, unfiltriert und hopfenbetont. Zu Zeiten der Hanse war Ainpöckisch Bier im gesamten Hanseraum begehrt und selbst Martin Luther lobte 1521: 'Der beste Trank, den einer kennt, wird Ainpöckisch Bier genennt.'

Pours slightly hazy topaz with a thick ivory head. Aroma yields fresh malt, pomme, resiny hops, a floral hint. Flavor prevents crisp fresh malt, resiny hops, fruity and subtle floral tones. Texture offers fair, smooth body and jazzy fizz. A toast to mothers everywhere! (Originally had it on Mother's Day)
